Today a few friends and I participated in the Twins Days 5K Run, part of the annual Twins Days festival in Twinsburg, Ohio. Proceeds from the 5K run/walk and kid’s fun run benefit the Melanoma Research Foundation. Thank you to my friends for joining in, and thanks to all of the other runners and walkers!

I had the honor of meeting Emmanuel Yeboah when he spoke at Lorain County Community College in Elyria, Ohio on February 8, 2007. Emmanuel Yeboah was born in Ghana, a nation in West Africa.
